Message

  • What's your specific USP (unique selling point)?

  • Why should prospects choose you specifically over any other business?

Market

  • What is your specific target market?

  • Who is your specific ideal customer or avatar?

Media

  • How many different advertising media are you using?

  • Have you got an effective lead-capture tool in place to collect the prospect's information?
